HOW TO ORDER
YOU MAY CHOOSE THE ORDERING METHOD THAT SUITS YOU BEST:
1. Order online using the BUY NOW buttons for the items you wish to purchase.
This is a quick, easy and SECURE way of placing your order.
You may choose to make your payment online via SSL secure pages using your credit card (Visa or Mastercard), and we will process the payment through our regular Merchant Account, and your card account will only be charged when goods are ready to despach . You may also select the PayPal option, which will direct you to PayPal's secure pages for immediate payment in full.
With BUY NOW Australian residents may also choose to pay by Cheque, Bank Cheque, Money Order or by Direct Deposit into our account. Simply check the appropriate payment choice during the check out process, and your order will be emailed to us. You then need to mail us your payment within 7 days, or request our account details if you wish to do a direct deposit.
If you're after just one or two small items, it's sometimes worth asking us for a revised postal quote, and we can process your order manually if a lower rate can be applied.
We are unable to accept reponsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the postal system. To add Postal Insurance to your order, please select one of the following BUY NOW options:

2. Mail Order
Download our Mail Order Form (PDF) or copy and paste the Order Form at the bottom of this page into your word processor/text editing program, and print it out for use, or send it as an attachment to your email to us . If you have difficulty doing this, simply make a written note of the required information.
Mail Orders can be sent to Sarah Durrant, PO Box 501, Kilmore, Victoria 3764, Australia. Please add post & packing charges to your order (see postal rates for how to calculate). Email or telephone us should you require assistance in calculating delivery charges. We use Australia Post - their competitive rates and standard of service are particularly attractive to our overseas customers. Where there is a choice of delivery options (eg, air, economy air, surface) please specify which service you are paying for. Overseas customers may pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) if mailing your order to us, or may request us to raise a PayPal Invoice for them. Australian customers may choose from the additional payment methods of Personal Cheque, Bank Cheque, Money Order or by Direct Deposit into our account.

We'll calculate the postal charges and notify you of the total due by email. Please also let us know which is your chosen method of payment. DO NOT send your credit card details via email - you may provide them by phone, fax or mail once your order is confirmed. If you wish to pay via PayPal or Direct Credit, please advise us and we will provide you with an invoice/order reference and details of how to make your payment.
