DELIVERY CHARGES
We charge you Post & Packing at actual cost. We do not have a minimum delivery charge, nor do we charge a flat rate delivery fee. This makes our service particularly attractive to customers who might wish to make smaller purchases, and it provides an equitable solution for all our clients.
To find out how much postage will be charged on your order, the easiest way is to simply add all required items to your basket using the 'BUY NOW' buttons, and then select the delivery area applicable to your address (the selections available are 1.Victoria, 2. All other states AU, 3. NZ, 4. Canada & US & Middle East, 5. Rest of the World). Your order will not be processed unless you complete the Check Out procedure, so this is an ideal way of getting an accurate postal quote with no obligation.
We are unable to accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in the postal system, so we recommend that you request postal insurance if you wish to be covered for such an event. Postal Insurance can be purchased direct from the ordering information page and will then be added to your cart as a purchased item.
